CARE PACK
Full Description

Care Packs run for either 3, 4 or 5 years from date of purchase

They can be bought at any time within 6 months from date of purchase

The first 30 days from purchase of the pack are excluded

For faults reported by 5pm we will attend next business day

Cover is for mainland England, Scotland and Wales only

Included is a de-install and re-install service

A loan unit of the same size or larger is supplied

We will de-install the faulty unit, and install the loan unit subject to suitable bracketry if necessary, if the existing bracketry will not take the loan unit then a floor stand or mobile trolley is offered as an alternative

The faulty unit is removed from site by our engineers. If the unit is still in manufacturers warranty then we administrate the repair

If the unit is outside of manufacturers warranty we pay for the costs of repair or replacement under our normal extended warranty terms and conditions.

If the unit is replaced with a brand new unit then the Care Pack cover for the faulty unit ends and the new standard manufacturers warranty applies to the new unit – a further Care Pack can be bought at that stage for the new unit.

Once the repair or replacement has been effected the engineers return to site to swap out the loan unit for the returned unit
